@ValleyH: yeah I think it’s just hard when people don’t feel confident in themselves so doing a lot of work from the beginning, knowing what’s inevitable, will definitely be beneficial I think I needed that a lot. Like understanding healthy expectations of myself vs others and not being raised to compare myself to everyone would have likely made it far better of an experience

@babybunny: I’m ashamed to admit it but outside of assignments I haven’t read a book in years. Last year I made a joke when I bought six books that if lucky it would be my reading for the year and then only got through two of them. I’m definitely gonna try that and then yeah one thing I’ve been trying to do again now is when I workout I put the phone away entirely and just be present in that moment. I think honestly I just need to be less on my phone no matter what I am doing
