If you get off the WL at another school, you can withdraw from your current school to go to the other school. It's just you lose the money but very common

Yeah so I won't pay for a lease until August, because I still have 14 WL

Literally same. I'm paying so much in rent because I'm on like several waitlists
What you generally can't do is deposit at two different schools, because then you're holding a spot (and scholarship $) knowing you won't be using one of those spots

"If you intend to enroll, you must agree to inform all law schools ***to which you have been offered admission*** that you decline their offers and will relinquish your place in their incoming classes. If you receive new information prior to matriculation prompting you to reconsider your decision, please contact the Admissions Office immediately." (asterisks mine)

@jb2028: Wait if I didn't say anything but also didn't make any deposit, is that fine? Like I got automatically withdrawn because I didn't make a deposit but didn't bother sending them an official letter.
