@GoofyFuturistic: I brought my case because I felt that I was 100% in the right and that the employer needed to be held accountable and correct their behavior. But it took a big toll on me personally, and the employer's lawyer taught me a good lesson about the adversarial nature of our legal process. He fought me tooth and nail on everything, and to his credit, it worked on wearing me down

I am aware the odds are against me but what they did to me really was disgraceful and when I have people from the ADA and ABA and attorneys telling me that I have a case then I just feel like I shouldn’t shy away
