Unfortunately, DLS has historically meant R :( I don't recall seeing anyone get DLS -> WL, but I hope I'm wrong. I'm sorry.

They email for WL only, if I'm not mistaken. DLS means you'll get the R letter via snail mail.

Congrats on Berkeley, you'll do great :)
i cried a little, told my friends, bought a little treat
so basically i have fully processed and am ready for my villain era
also omg fun fact they mailed the rejection to My Parents' Address like bruh pls
why would they expose me in this way
but ty guys for the love hehe im v lucky and excited to be going to Berkeley!
they do it that way because it cuts down on the replies from the rejects that they don't want to have to respond to
i worked in a b-school adcomms office that also did snail mail Rs until a new dean came in and scrapped that
it's pretty shitty for the applicants who aren't admitted, not to mention a waste of paper
isnt today the deposit deadline? or is it the 15th
