13:43
yes
is receiving a feeler necessary for WL acceptance or do they just sometimes call and admit?
reading the email from monday very strictly (feels like lsat prep again), it sounds like anyone offered admission this week will receive a feeler call first
13:46
they tend to do the feelers bc they don't want to prepare an offer if you won't accept
i was pretty unambiguous imo aha
13:47
i said 90% and then corrected right before the end 😂
13:47
like WAIT—let's revise that real quick
i said 90-95% and then the follow up question was "what would have to change for that to be 100?"
13:48
yeah they asked me something similar and I told them I hesitated and I'd def accept an offer if they extended it 😅
13:49
If I didn't get a feeler yet (5/9 interview), does that basically mean R?
that's a much better answer than what i said
i rambled about finances and loans for a bit ugh. tried to bring it back at the end by saying it would be an investment in my future, but i can imagine it didn't come across great
13:51
I don't think it'd hurt to reach out and reiterate your interest if you
13:51
if you're certain you'd go*
13:52
@Aranet123: not necessarily! we don't have the info to make assumptions about anything really
Has anybody received a feeler today? Trying to decide how invested I still should be at this point lol
I said 100% and that I don’t even need 24 hrs to accept.
no feeler yet?
it sounds like it would be redundant for you lol
it would be for me as well
At the very beginning I made it clear. Then when she was even asking me other questions about if I’d attend hls she said the questions are redundant. I said it would take something major and at the end of the interview I reiterated that nothing would stop me from attending hls.
i couldnt have been clearer
it's a black box
Any more calls td or na
Just bc this is law school DATA... 21 people on LSD recorded interview invites from 5/3 to 5/7 and 7 have logged acceptances so far
17:55
it's probably too early to tell
17:55
but i wonder if they are being more selective off the waitlist this year
1:56
Is it likely that Harvard's extended ranking drop is the reason why the WL II list is so big this year?
