@bashandtheosmom if you’re interested in helping people like SA victims you might think about being a victims rights lawyer/advocate. I spoke to one when I was the victim of a pretty serious stalking case and felt I was being treated poorly by the ADAs (Running out of messages)

@JFCLetMeIn: yes this is what I am interested in! my dad is a private investigator for the DA here in Austin and he works with a lot of assault victims. I have always admired what he does and thats why im gettin into law. I had thought about doing what he does but I DO NOT want to be a cop. I am sorry you went through that, and hope you are doing ok now

I'm from Missouri and I know plenty of Mizzou lawyers. They have their own practice, work in STL, etc.
