Tomorrow A wave?

@BobMcEnroy: re holds, that’s not it, because a hold doesn’t count as a decision. Everyone on hold will get a decision (R, WL, A) by the end of April.
10:04
I agree with MadeOfChocolate. Hold is probably an internal mechanism at many schools and they just don’t tell us. It’s funny because they think holds are supposed to give people peace of mind but they do the opposite
10:15
@WhatTheSplit: oh bet, thank God that's a lot better
Should we do LOCI for hold?

I sent mine 11/20. No hold or anything.
Crazy how a friend of mine applied to law school in the 2017-2018 cycle and got four T14 As while meanwhile I have the same LSAT score and a GPA .02 points higher, and softs at least as good, and I have 0 T14s, though I do have several T14 WLs. LSAT inflation is a killer...
^ Meant to write that in the general chat. Sorry.

@CageyBelligerentOpossum: 11/01 and no hold or anything either
Hello, I just got in. Looking at their admitted students page, it looks like the deadline to fill out a financial aid form was March 1 but I didn't get access until just now. Does that mean that anyone who got in after March 1 is ineligible for scholarship / financial aid?
15:23
I don't think so! It might make you illegible for certain awards, but I filled it out after March 1 and just got my scholarship offer
15:34
@ErraticAbnormalClam: It definitely doesn't -- same story here
15:34
And got some (albeit not as much as I would like) financial aid. Congrats on the acceptance!
has anybody had their linkedin checked by a "education administrator at nyu school of law"? what does that mean?
